On 1st. March 2010, MAHSOPA donated a sum of RM 40,000.00 to the Malacca High School Cadet Band Fund in a formal cheque handover ceremony to Malacca High Principal at Malacca High School Hall.
The fund was raised by MAHSOPA in 2008 at the MAHSOPA Annual Dinner in order for Malacca High School to rejunevate the Malacca High School Cadet Band which was the jewel of Malacca High School during the 1970's.
MAHSOPA hopes with our donation, Malacca High will strive to make the Malacca High School Cadet Band proud again.

In 2008 Mahsopa Annual Dinner, MAHSOPA raised some donations for the Malacca High School Brass Band. Finally, this amount will be officially handed over to the Malacca High School management on Monday 1st. March 2010.
The official handover ceremony will be held at the Malacca High School Assembly area and a mock cheque of the amount will be done.
With this donation to our Alma Mater, we hope the Malacca High School Band will be rejunevated. It was the pride of the School during the 1970s era.
